"I believe that
a coach’s philosophy changes with experience and with
each team they coach, but no matter what the team, I believe
each player should give 110%, on and off the court and that
dedication and determination should be consistent across every
area of their life from athlete and student to child and friend.
I want the teammates to learn that making the right decisions
for the team, aren’t necessarily done on the court. The
team should have a positive attitude – win or lose, knowing
that the outcome of every game is the resulting efforts of the
entire team and not one individual player. But above all, that
everything we do as a team would glorify God!”
