"One thing
I have learned through coaching young kids is that,
first and foremost, kids like to be entertained. Therefore,
I try to run my practices in a way that will keep the
kids interested and at the same time teach them something.
I strongly believe that no matter what kind of situation
a player is in, if they have learned good fundamentals,
they will succeed. Finally, I believe in the “TEAM”
concept: “Together Each Achieves More” and will
always expect my players to give all their effort in
practice and tournaments." |
